Installation Instructions

Windows

  1. Download the .exe installer
  2. Run the installer (you may need to click "More info" → "Run anyway")
  3. Follow the installation wizard
  4. Launch Sync Smith from the Start menu

macOS

  1. Download the .dmg file
  2. Open the DMG and drag Sync Smith to Applications
  3. Right-click the app and select "Open" (first time only)
  4. Click "Open" in the security dialog

Linux

AppImage:

  1. Download the .AppImage file
  2. Make it executable: chmod +x SyncSmith-*.AppImage
  3. Run it: ./SyncSmith-*.AppImage

Debian/Ubuntu (.deb):

  1. Download the .deb file
  2. Install: sudo dpkg -i syncsmith_*.deb
  3. Run from the application menu or terminal

System Requirements

  • Processor: 64-bit Intel or AMD processor
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum, 8 GB recommended
  • Storage: 500 MB available space
  • Display: 1280x720 minimum resolution
  • Internet: Required for AI features and license activation
